The 6L80E is GM's 6-speed rear-wheel-drive automatic that showed up in 2006 behind the Silverado and Sierra 1500, Tahoe, Yukon, Suburban, Escalade, Camaro, Corvette, Express and Savana vans and the Hummer H2.
