Complete shift solenoid pack for Ford E4OD and 4R100 transmissions, fits F-Series, E-Series, Expedition and Excursion 1995-2007 as a direct bolt-in replacement.
This is the full solenoid pack for the Ford E4OD and 4R100 automatic transmissions. It carries the shift solenoids, EPC (line pressure) solenoid, and torque converter clutch solenoid on one aluminum manifold that bolts to the valve body inside the pan. When shifts get erratic, the trans hangs in a gear, line pressure spikes, or the converter clutch stops locking up, a failed solenoid in this pack is a common cause.
Fits 1995-2007 Ford applications including F-150, F-250, F-350, E-150, E-250, E-350 Econoline, Super Duty, Expedition, Excursion, Blackwood, and Lincoln Navigator running the E4OD or 4R100. This unit is the non-PWM style; verify your original pack against the connector and solenoid layout before ordering, since Ford ran both non-PWM and PWM (updated) versions across these years.
Replacement is done with the pan and filter off. Drop the pan, unbolt the old pack from the valve body, transfer or check the internal harness and connector, and torque the new pack down to spec. Reset adaptives and road test after refill. Runs about 4 lbs, roughly 10 x 5 x 4 inches.
