This is the LuK RepSet 05-065, a complete clutch replacement kit for the 4.0L inline-six Jeep and Dodge trucks that ran the AX-15 and NV3550 manual transmissions. The kit is everything you need to do the job in one box: the pressure plate, the friction disc, the pilot bearing, the release (throwout) bearing, spline lubricant, and a plastic alignment tool to center the disc before you torque the cover down. Because you have the transmission and bellhousing separated to reach the clutch, replacing all of it at once is the sensible move rather than going back in for a single bearing later.

This is the kit people reach for when a high-mileage 4.0L starts making a growl or chirp at idle in neutral that quiets when the pedal goes down (a worn release bearing), when the clutch slips or shudders on engagement, or when the pilot bearing seizes and makes the truck hard to get into gear. On the bench, pull the old cover and disc, drive out the old pilot bearing with a slide hammer or blind-hole puller, set the new pilot bearing, then hang the new disc with the alignment tool and torque the pressure plate to the bellhousing in a cross pattern before you reinstall the transmission.
