These Terms of Service govern your use of gearboxinsider.com and any purchase you make from Gearbox Insider ("we," "us"). By placing an order or using this site, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

Products and descriptions

We work to describe our tools and parts accurately, including specifications, fitment notes, and photos. We do not warrant that every description is complete or error-free. If a product you receive is materially different from its description, contact us and we will make it right. It is your responsibility to confirm a part or tool fits your application before use.

Pricing

All prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. We make every effort to display accurate pricing, but in the event of an obvious pricing error we reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order placed at the incorrect price, even after an order confirmation, and will refund you in full.

Availability

Listing a product does not guarantee it is in stock. If an item you ordered is unavailable, we will notify you and offer a replacement, a backorder, or a full refund. We reserve the right to limit quantities.

Orders and payment

Your order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline it. Payment is processed securely through our payment provider at checkout, and your order is confirmed once payment is authorized. You agree to provide accurate billing and shipping information.

Shipping

Orders ship from the USA, with handling typically within 1-2 business days and tracked delivery via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and carrier delays are outside our control. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery. Full details are on our Shipping & Returns page.

Returns

Unused items in original, resalable condition may be returned within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions on our Shipping & Returns page. Installed or used items, and opened fluids or consumables, are not returnable.

Warranty disclaimer

Except where prohibited by law, products are provided "as is" beyond any manufacturer warranty that accompanies them. We disclaim all other warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gearbox Insider is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or website, or from the improper installation or use of any tool or part. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim. Tools and parts must be installed and used by qualified persons following proper safety procedures.
