25-Row Stacked Plate Transmission Oil Cooler 10AN

A 25-row stacked-plate auxiliary oil cooler that pulls heat out of automatic transmission fluid before it cooks. The stacked-plate core is aluminum alloy, holds roughly 0.58 liters, measures 12.91 x 7.4 x 1.97 inches, and is pressure tested to 116 PSI with a 232 PSI burst rating. Both ends use female 10AN (AN-10) ports so you can run braided AN line or add barb/inverted-flare adapters to match your factory cooler lines.

This is the part you add when your transmission runs hot. Towing, heavy stop-and-go, larger tires, or a fresh rebuild you do not want to gamble on all push ATF temperature up, and heat is what breaks fluid down and burns clutches. Bolting a cooler like this inline on the return side of the loop and mounting it in clean airflow ahead of the radiator or A/C condenser knocks fluid temps down noticeably and keeps them there under load.

It is a universal cooler, not a bolt-on for one gearbox, so it works behind a GM 4L60E, 4L80E, 700R4, 6L80, a Ford E4OD or 4R100, a Chrysler 47RE, and most other automatics as long as you have room to mount it and the right fittings to tie into your lines. Four mounting points let you bracket or through-bolt it. Fittings and adapters are not included, so match your line size (10AN, 3/8 in, or 1/2 in hose) before you plumb it in.
