Genuine ACDelco Dexron VI full synthetic ATF, a full case of twelve one-quart bottles, the factory-fill spec for GM automatics from 2006 up.
This is a full case of ACDelco Dexron VI (part 10-9243, GM 88865549), twelve sealed one-quart bottles of the full synthetic fluid GM specifies for its automatics from the 2006 model year forward. Buying it by the case gets you enough for a complete service without paying single-bottle prices, and it is the same fluid GM fills at the factory rather than a generic multi-vehicle blend.
Dexron VI is the correct fill for the 6L80 and 6L90, the 6T70/6T75/6T80, and the later 4L60E, 4L65E, 4L70E, 4L80E and 4L85E units once GM moved them onto the VI spec. It is backward compatible with earlier Dexron III and Dexron II applications, so it also works as an upgrade fluid in older TH350, TH400, 700-R4 and 4L60E builds that originally called for Dexron III.
A pan drop and filter change on a 4L60E takes roughly five to six quarts; a full flush on a 6L80 or 6T75 runs closer to ten or twelve, which is why a case is the right quantity for a real service. Dexron VI holds its viscosity and resists foaming and oxidation better than the older Dexron grades, so clutch friction material and shift feel stay consistent through the extended drain intervals GM designed the fluid around.
