A Toyota and Lexus only diagnostic dongle that plugs into the OBD2 port and runs through the Ediag app on a phone. There is no screen on the tool itself -- it is a Bluetooth 5.2 interface, and the phone is the display. Manufacturer part number KBLM04. Coverage runs 1996 and newer Toyota and Lexus, with system depth varying by year and ECU.

What makes it worth having over a generic code reader is module access. It talks to the TCM, not just the ECM, so you can pull manufacturer-specific transmission codes, read live data out of the transmission controller, and watch four parameters at once on a single graph. That matters on a U660E or A760 that is flaring or hunting: you can log line pressure duty, turbine speed, gear commanded and ATF temp on the same screen during a road test instead of guessing from a P0741 alone. ABS, airbag, BCM, SAS, EPB and body modules are on the menu as well, again model dependent.

Bidirectional active tests let you command components and watch the response -- cooling fans, A/C clutch, fuel pump, relays, windows and locks on supported models -- so you can separate a dead part from a dead command. Service functions include oil reset, brake and EPB reset, ABS bleed, TPMS reset, battery registration, steering angle calibration and injector coding, all reached through the All System Diagnostic menu after an AutoVIN or manual vehicle pick. Software updates are free for the life of the tool, with no subscription and no locked functions.

Two limits worth knowing before you buy. It does not support CAN FD, and it does not work on 24V vehicles. On non-Toyota vehicles it drops back to generic OBD2 engine-only functions -- codes, freeze frame, live engine data, I/M readiness, O2 and EVAP monitors. It ships in a zippered case with the device and a printed manual, and carries a one year manufacturer warranty.
