LAUNCH Creader Elite V3.0 GM Bidirectional Scan Tool

On a 4L60E or 4L80E that means confirming whether a 1-2 shift complaint is an electrical solenoid fault or a hydraulic problem in the valve body before you drop the pan. On a 6L80, 6L90 or 6T40 it lets you watch commanded versus actual gear ratio, line pressure and transmission fluid temperature live, which is how you separate a slipping clutch pack from a pressure control solenoid that is out of calibration.
