AB60E Bonded Clutch Piston Kit for Toyota Tundra 2007-2017

This kit holds replacement bonded clutch pistons for the Toyota AB60E and AB60F 6-speed automatic. Each piston has its rubber sealing lip molded onto the steel. It covers Toyota numbers 35621-0C020, 35669-0C020 and 35602-34010 and crosses to K86900E-99, 77960AK and 157960K.

Fitment: 2007-2017 Toyota Tundra, 2008-2017 Sequoia, 2008-2011 and 2013-2015 Land Cruiser, and 2008-2011 and 2013-2017 Lexus LX570. Match the pistons in the photos against the ones you pull before you commit to the rebuild.

On a high-mileage AB60E, the bonded lips harden and start to lift off the steel. A worn piston leaks apply pressure, and the result is a delayed engagement, a flare on the shift or a clutch pack that burns even when the frictions were replaced last time. If you are rebuilding the unit anyway, replace the pistons at the same time as the soft parts. Lube the lips with assembly gel, start each piston square in its bore, and air-check each circuit before the unit goes back in the truck.
