ANCEL FX6000 Bidirectional Scan Tool, ABS SRS Transmission Engine

The FX6000 is the scanner you reach for when a transmission code sets and you need to know whether the fault is the part, the wiring, or the sensor feeding it. It covers four control modules the way a shop tool should: Engine (PCM), Transmission (TCM), ABS, and Airbag (SRS). It reads and clears codes on each, streams live data so you can watch a parameter change while you drive or actuate it, and pulls the VIN automatically so you are in the right module without hunting.

Where it earns its keep is bidirectional control. Instead of guessing, you command a component and watch it respond: cycle an ABS pump for a brake bleed, fire an injector, run a cooling fan, open an EVAP valve, or sweep the throttle actuator. On the transmission side that means you can confirm a solenoid or actuator is doing what the TCM tells it to, which is the difference between condemning a valve body and chasing a $20 connector.

It also carries seven of the reset services most jobs actually need: Oil Reset, ABS Bleeding, EPB (electronic parking brake) reset, SAS steering-angle recalibration, Throttle Body relearn, Battery/BMS reset and initialization, and Gear Learning. Those are the resets that turn a warning light off for good after a repair instead of leaving it hanging. Lifetime updates are included over Wi-Fi.

This is a wired handheld unit, not a subscription tablet. It plugs into the OBD2 port on 1996-and-newer vehicles and covers a broad range of domestic, Asian, and European makes.
