Pulls and reseats the dry dual clutch pack on Ford DPS6 Focus and Fiesta units, with adapters listed for Hyundai and Kia dry DCT clutches too.
This is a remover and installer set for dry dual clutch transmissions, built around the Ford DPS6 six-speed used in the Focus and Fiesta. The kit includes a three-leg puller plate, a center forcing screw with a heavy bar, a set of legs and spacers, and threaded studs that locate the tool on the clutch so it pulls square instead of cocking on the input shaft splines.
The seller lists fitment for Ford Focus and Fiesta, Hyundai Veloster, Kia Forte, and GM applications (Buick Encore, Chevrolet Sonic) across 2010-2023. On the DPS6 this is the job behind the familiar takeoff shudder, clutch slip, and TR-codes: when the clutch pack or the release fork gets replaced, the pack has to come straight off the input shafts after the retaining ring is out, then go back on without shoving the inner and outer clutches out of position.
On the bench: remove the dual clutch retaining ring, bolt the puller legs to the clutch with the supplied studs, center the forcing screw on the input shaft, and turn it down evenly until the pack walks off. Reverse the setup with the installer pieces to press the new or reset clutch back on to its seat. Confirm the adapter set matches your specific clutch before starting; if you run mostly Hyundai/Kia units, compare against the dedicated 09430-series tools.
All pieces are steel and store in a fitted carry case. Shipping weight is about 14 lb.
