Bidirectional all-system scanner that commands solenoids and actuators directly, reads live TCM data, and runs 31 service resets.
The K7 is a full-system bidirectional scanner, which is the difference that matters on transmission work. A basic code reader tells you a shift solenoid circuit has a fault. A bidirectional tool lets you command that solenoid on and off from the seat and watch whether line pressure and gear state actually change, so you know before you drop the pan whether you are chasing a solenoid, a wiring fault, or a valve body.
It scans every module on the vehicle, not just the engine: TCM, PCM, ECM, ABS, SRS, BCM, EPS, TPMS and SAS. You get read and clear codes, freeze frame, ECU information, and live data with four-channel graphing, so you can lay turbine speed, output speed, gear commanded and TFT over each other on one screen. Auto VIN pulls the vehicle and lists its modules in one tap.
Coverage is the global version, 100-plus makes and 17 languages with no regional lock, and it handles CAN FD and DoIP for late-model GM, Ford and European vehicles that older tools cannot talk to. FCA AutoAuth is supported for Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep and Ram secure gateway access. Updates are free for the life of the tool, with no annual subscription.
Thirty-one plus service functions are included, among them crankshaft position relearn, throttle and injector coding, oil and brake resets, and component matching. It connects over Bluetooth, so the interface stays at the DLC while you stand at the bench or under the hood.
