52-Piece Bushing, Bearing & Seal Driver Set 18-74mm

This is a 52-piece bushing, bearing race, and seal driver set built around 50 interchangeable steel discs that step from 18mm up to 65mm in 1mm increments, plus a 74mm disc for the big stuff. The discs thread onto a 12mm shaft with a 180mm knurled handle, so you dial in the exact outside diameter of the bore you are working instead of hunting for the one adapter that almost fits.

On the bench it drives seals, needle bearings, and bushings square into transmission cases, pumps, and axle housings, and it doubles as a press setup when you run the discs under a 20-ton hydraulic press. Techs use it for jobs like seating 4L60E bushings, pressing wheel and axle bearing races, and installing front pump and extension housing seals without cocking them in the bore. Because the discs stack, you can build a support pillar under an odd-shaped part or back up a seal while you drive from the other side.

The discs are carbon steel with a black oxide coating for rust resistance and arrive with a light film of oil. The handle carries an integral o-ring plus eight spares to take up the clearance between disc and shaft when you drive with a hammer, and a thumbscrew at the end retains the disc.
