RE5R05A Valve Body with TCM and Solenoids for Nissan Titan

This is a complete RE5R05A valve body assembly with the Transmission Control Module and all seven solenoids already fitted, so it goes in as one unit instead of a bare casting you have to populate. It replaces Jatco part number 31040-90X10 and Bosch 0260550002, and interchanges with 026055002 and 3261099309. The unit is remanufactured and measures roughly 12.2 x 9.84 x 3.94 inches at about 14.7 pounds.

Fitment covers the Nissan Titan and Frontier 2004-2011, Armada 2004-2011, Xterra 2005-2015, Pathfinder 2007-2010, and the Infiniti FX35 2003-2008, G35 2003-2011, M35 2004-2009 and QX56 2004-2009, plus other Nissan and Infiniti applications built with the RE5R05A five-speed.

Check your TCM code before you order. This assembly does not cover TCMs stamped EEF, EDV, ECW, 05A, 002 (EEG), ECX, 989A, 959E, 968D, 992E, 994D, 914A, 992D, 969A, 914D, HOA, HOD, HOC, 909B, 918C, SOE, 995D, 968C or ETIC95-100N. The code is on the label on the original unit, visible once the pan is off.

The RE5R05A typically lands here after solenoid and TCM faults: a stuck 1-2 or 2-3 shift, harsh or delayed engagement, limp mode holding third, or stored P0745, P0750, P0755 and P0760 codes that come back after cleaning. Because the solenoid pack and control module are integrated on this transmission, swapping the whole valve body is usually faster and more reliable than chasing individual solenoids. Drop the pan and filter, unplug the harness connector, pull the valve body bolts in reverse of the torque sequence, transfer nothing, bolt the new assembly in, then reinstall the filter, a new pan gasket and fresh Matic-S or Matic-J fluid. Relearn the shift adaptives with a scan tool after the fill.
