RE7R01A 9-Piece Transmission Solenoid Kit Nissan Infiniti

This nine-piece solenoid set services the Jatco JR710E/JR711E seven-speed automatic that Nissan and Infiniti sell as the RE7R01A (later RE7R01B). It covers the solenoids that mount to the valve body: the line-pressure solenoid, the shift and select solenoids that route apply pressure through the gear train, and the torque-converter-clutch solenoid that controls lockup.

It fits rear-drive RE7R01A applications including the Nissan 370Z, Pathfinder, and Titan, and the Infiniti G37, EX37, and FX50/FX50S, built roughly 2008 and up. Nissan revised this pack partway through the run, so check your existing solenoid part number against RE7R01A / JR710E / JR711E / RE7R01B before ordering to be sure the connector and body match your unit.

Worn solenoids in this transmission usually show up as harsh or delayed engagement, flare between gears, converter-clutch shudder at highway speed, slipping under throttle, or limp-home mode with pressure and ratio codes stored. On the bench the solenoids come off once the valve body is out; move them one bore at a time so each lands in the correct port, torque the retaining brackets evenly, and reset the TCM adaptive learn after the refill so the new solenoids characterize correctly.
