THINKSCAN 689BT Bidirectional Scan Tool with ECU Coding

The 689BT is a full bidirectional scan tool built for shop use. It runs over 3000 active tests, commanding actuators, fuel injectors, solenoids and pumps directly from the tool and reading the module response, which is the fastest way to confirm whether a component or its circuit is at fault before you start pulling parts.

It reads and clears codes on every module on the vehicle, with live data and freeze frame, and covers the systems that matter for driveline work: TCM, PCM, ABS, SRS, BCM and body modules. ECU coding is supported for matching replaced modules and restoring adaptive settings after a repair.

Thirty-four plus service functions are on board, the resets and relearns that follow most repairs rather than the diagnosis itself. Protocol support includes FCA secure gateway access, CAN FD and DoIP, which is what lets it talk to 2019-and-newer GM, Ford and European vehicles that older scanners cannot reach.

Connection is Bluetooth 5.0, so the interface stays at the DLC while you work. Software updates are delivered wirelessly.
