Pre-filled, pre-bled clutch master, slave and line as one sealed assembly for the AX15 and AX5 in 1994-1995 Jeep Wrangler YJ.
This is the complete hydraulic clutch circuit for a Jeep Wrangler YJ, not just one end of it. Dorman CC649002 ships as a single sealed assembly: master cylinder, slave cylinder, and the hard line and hose that join them, already filled and bled at the factory. It replaces Mopar 52104113 and crosses to 136.67511, CRS032, PC701080, PF9002, PS0115 and SPH012.
Fitment is Jeep Wrangler 1994 and 1995, both the 2.5L four backed by the AX5 and the 4.0L six backed by the AX15. The YJ system was never designed to be serviced in pieces. There is no bleeder on the factory slave and the seals are not sold separately, so when either cylinder starts weeping the fix is to replace the circuit as a unit.
Installation on the bench and under the truck runs in one pass. Pull the retainer and pushrod off the clutch pedal inside the cab, unclip the reservoir from its bracket, unbolt the slave from the bell housing and free the line from the frame rail clips, then feed the whole old assembly out through the firewall grommet. The new one goes back the same way. Because it arrives pre-filled and pre-bled, you do not crack a fitting, you do not bench bleed, and you do not chase air through the line afterward. Keep the assembly upright while you route it so the fluid stays where it belongs.
The symptoms this cures are the familiar ones on a thirty-year-old YJ: a pedal that sinks to the floor and stays there, a clutch that will not fully release so first and reverse grind on engagement, fluid seeping from the slave dust boot or running down the firewall behind the master, and a pedal that goes soft after the engine warms up. Those are seal failures inside the cylinders, and no amount of topping off the reservoir fixes them.
