Heated 10-liter ultrasonic tank that soaks varnish and metal fuzz out of transmission valve bodies, solenoids, and carburetor parts without scrubbing.
A 10-liter (2.6 gallon) heated ultrasonic cleaner for the parts you cannot get clean with a brush and carb spray. The 304 stainless tank is deep enough to lay a full automatic transmission valve body and separator plate flat, and the included wire basket keeps small pieces off the transducer plate. 240 watts of ultrasonic power at 40 kHz drives cleaning solution into cast passages, check-ball pockets, and solenoid screens that a parts washer just skips over.
On the bench you fill it with water and a shot of ultrasonic or simple degreasing solution, drop the part in, set the temperature and timer, and walk away. The 300-watt heater climbs to 176 F, which is where cavitation cuts varnished ATF and clutch dust the fastest. A 30-minute digital timer and a degas mode (to purge air out of fresh solution) and a gentle half-power mode (for delicate boards and sensors) are set from the front panel.
This is the tool that gets a sticking valve body back to spec: baked-on varnish and friction material glaze the bores and plug the small orifices, line pressure wanders, and shifts go soft. A hot ultrasonic bath flushes those passages out so the valves move free again. It also handles solenoids, throttle bodies, carburetors, brake calipers, bolts, and small hard parts.
Ships with the cleaner, stainless basket, power cord, and instructions. Package 17.3 x 14.1 x 13 in, 17.2 lb. Runs on standard 110V household power.
