7-Speed DCT Clutch Actuator Adjustment Tool 09430-C1302

This is the fixture equivalent of Hyundai/Kia special service tool 09430-C1302 (also written 09430C1302), used when you pull a clutch actuator off a 7-speed dual clutch transaxle and need to adjust it. The actuator body drops into the support structure, gets clamped, and stays square while you work the adjusting screw and check travel. Without something holding it, the actuator shifts under hand pressure and every measurement you take is off.

Fitment covers the Kia side on Forte, Cerato and K3 2014-2025, Optima and K5 2015-2025, Sportage 2016-2025 and Stonic 2017-2025; and the Hyundai side on Accent, Verna, Solaris and Grand Avega 2011-2025, Veloster 2012-2025, Sonata 2014-2025, and Tucson, Elantra and Avante 2015-2025. Where it earns its keep is the usual dual-clutch complaint list: shudder pulling away from a stop, a hard 1-2 engagement, or a clutch actuator fault code after a clutch replacement. Those jobs end with an actuator adjustment and a relearn, and the adjustment has to be done with the unit held. Doing it in a bench vise chews the housing and lets the actuator rock. This tool cradles it instead.
