6L Pneumatic Transmission Fluid Evacuator and Filler Set

A 6 liter (1.6 gallon) two-way fluid station for bench and lift work. Feed it shop air and a venturi builds suction using up to 170 psi of supply, which is what lets it pull thick cold ATF up a narrow dipstick tube instead of stalling out the way a hand-pump evacuator does. Turn the rotary valve the other direction and it dispenses at about 36 psi to push fluid back in through a fill port.

The trigger locks down for hands-free running, so you can set it pulling a pan dry and go do something else. A built-in gauge shows you what the tank is actually doing, and a safety valve pops on its own if pressure climbs past the working range. The reservoir is translucent polyethylene and the pickup hoses are clear, so you can read fluid condition as it comes out, which matters more than most people think when you are trying to tell burnt fluid from merely dark fluid.

Three rigid polyurethane and nylon pickup hoses handle different tube diameters, and 15 6061 aluminum ATF refill adapters cover the common sealed-transmission fill ports. Everything stores in the supplied case with hangers, and a pair of nitrile-coated gloves is in the box. Hoses, reservoir, and adapters are all rated for heat and chemical exposure, so used gear oil and old coolant will not soften them.
