Ultra-low-viscosity full synthetic ATF for Ford 10R80 and GM 10L80/10L90 10-speeds, meeting Mercon ULV and Dexron ULV specs. One gallon.
Modern 10-speed automatics run a much thinner fluid than older units, and the factory fill-for-life interval lets that fluid break down long before the transmission does. This is a 100 percent synthetic ultra-low-viscosity (ULV) ATF built to that thinner spec, so it flows and shifts the way the valve body was designed to while still protecting the clutches under load.
It meets Ford Mercon ULV (WSS-M2C949-A) and GM Dexron ULV, plus MB 236.17, and covers the Ford 10R60 and 10R80 used in the F-150, Mustang, Explorer, Ranger and Transit, along with the GM 10L80 and 10L90 found in 2019-up Silverado and Sierra 1500, 2021-up Tahoe, Suburban, Yukon and Escalade, and the Camaro SS and ZL1. It is also listed for Nissan Matic P and JATCO 9-speed applications.
A gallon is 128 ounces; a typical drain-and-fill on a 10R80 takes roughly seven to eight quarts, so plan on two gallons for a full pan-and-filter service or a fluid exchange. Pull the fill plug, suction or drain the old fluid, refill to spec, and set the level at the correct fluid temperature. Triax rates it for drain intervals up to 150,000 miles in normal service and 70,000 in heavy-duty use, with a pour point down to -50F for cold-start protection. Ships from the USA.
