U140E Transmission Solenoid Kit with Internal Harness

A solenoid set with the internal wiring harness for the Toyota/Aisin U140E four-speed and its U240E and U241E front-drive cousins. The kit includes the SLT line pressure solenoid, the SL1 and SL2 clutch control solenoids, the S4 shift solenoid, the DSL lock-up clutch control solenoid, and the harness that ties them to the case connector.

Listed fitment includes Toyota Avalon, Camry, Celica, Highlander, Matrix, RAV4 and Solara with the U140/U240/U241 series. Confirm the transmission model on the tag or in the build data before ordering, since Toyota used several four- and five-speed Aisin units in the same body styles.

What it fixes: harsh or delayed engagement, flared 2-3 or 3-4 shifts, converter shudder at light throttle, and codes such as P0750, P0755, P0760, P0770 and P2716 where the solenoid or its circuit has failed. The harness is included because the internal wires on these units get brittle with heat and cause intermittent codes that a solenoid swap alone will not cure.

These are remanufactured units, inspected and calibrated before sale; they may show light surface marks that do not affect function. Install with new O-rings lubed with ATF, torque the valve body bolts in sequence, refill with Toyota WS fluid, and reset adaptive values after the repair.
