6L Heated Ultrasonic Parts Cleaner for Valve Bodies

A 6-liter heated ultrasonic tank is the fastest way to get varnish, clutch material and old ATF out of the passages you cannot reach with a brush. Drop a stripped valve body, a separator plate, a set of solenoids or a pump cover into the basket, run 40kHz cavitation with the heater set around 130-140F, and the film that hand-cleaning leaves behind in the check ball pockets and long bore feeds comes out with it. The DK-600S runs 180W of ultrasonic power from three transducers plus a 500W heater, with a digital panel for time (1-99 minutes) and temperature (up to 80C / 176F).

On the bench this replaces the solvent tray for anything with internal passages. Typical use: pull the valve body, remove valves and springs, degrease the casting, then run 10-20 minutes in heated solution to clear the bores and the separator plate orifices. Solenoids, EPC and TCC valves, filters screens, pump gears, accumulator pistons, snap ring grooves and small hard parts all go in the same tank. Blow the bores dry with compressed air and lube before reassembly - a valve that hangs on varnish is what caused the 1-2 flare or the TCC shudder you are chasing, and a clean bore is the only way to rule it back out.

Tank is 1mm die-cast SUS304 stainless, 300 x 152 x 153mm (about 11.8 x 6.0 x 6.0 inches), which fits most car and light-truck valve bodies laid flat. A drain valve is built into the housing so you can dump dirty solution without lifting 13 pounds of full tank. Includes the protective basket (272 x 135 x 87mm), drain valve, power cord and manual. Three modes: FullWave for heavy deep cleaning, SemiWave for lighter surface work, and Degas to knock micro-bubbles out of fresh solution before a real cycle. Runs on standard 110V shop power.
