12-Ton H-Frame Hydraulic Shop Press, Adjustable Height

A 12-ton H-frame hydraulic press is the tool that turns bushing, bearing, and sprag work from a fight into a five-minute job. On the transmission bench it drives worn bushings out of pump bodies and drums, seats new bearings and races, presses reaction sun shells and low/reverse sprag assemblies, and handles ball joints, U-joints, and pulleys when you step back to the rest of the vehicle.

The bottle jack develops a full 12 tons (26,000 lbs) and a built-in relief valve bypasses once you exceed that, so you cannot overload the frame or a stamping plate. The work table adjusts from 1.6 in up to 27.8 in on a pin system, giving you room for a bare bushing or a full drum without swapping the setup. Two movable steel stamping plates come with it to bridge and support the part you are pressing.

The frame is 0.2 in carbon steel with a reinforced triangular base that keeps it from walking under load, finished in powder coat. It assembles in minutes and is compact enough to live on a bench or the shop floor. Note this is a heavy freight item; have a hand ready when it arrives.
