5-Tier Rolling Tool Cart, 400 lb, 2 Lockable Drawers

A rebuild takes over a bench fast. Between the pump, drums, valve body, and four trays of clutches and steels, you run out of flat surface before you run out of parts. This is a five-tier steel cart you roll up beside the bench and stage the teardown on, so every piece stays in the order it came out instead of stacked on cardboard.

Three open trays handle bulk parts and drums. The two ball-bearing drawers below lock, which is where the small stuff goes that you cannot afford to lose in a shop with other people in it: checkballs, solenoids, snap rings, the thrust washer set. Both the drawers and the top tray are lined with EVA padding, so machined surfaces and sealing rings are not sliding around on bare steel. Side pegboards with hooks take the pullers and drivers you reach for every ten minutes.

The frame is carbon steel rated at 400 lb total, with each tray holding 110 lb and each drawer 33 lb. That is enough for a complete unit's worth of hard parts. It rolls on two swivel and two fixed casters, two of them braked, so it tracks straight down the bay but locks in place at the bench. Footprint is 30.9 by 17.7 inches and it stands 37.2 inches tall, which puts the top tray at roughly standing bench height. Assembly required.
