



A 15 liter heated 40kHz ultrasonic tank that pulls varnish and clutch debris out of valve body bores, separator plates, and solenoids before reassembly.
A 15 liter (4 gallon) stainless ultrasonic tank sized for the parts an automatic transmission rebuild actually generates: a complete 4L60E or 4L80E valve body, a 6L80E separator plate, pump halves, solenoid bodies, filters screens, and a basket of check balls and springs. The tank measures roughly 13 x 9.5 x 6 inches inside, so a full-size valve body lays flat instead of standing on edge.
360W of 40kHz cavitation does the cleaning and a separate 300W heater brings the bath up to a set temperature between 70 and 175 degrees F. Heat is not optional work on transmission parts. Cold solvent will not move baked varnish out of a bore; 140 to 160 degrees F with a mild alkaline cleaner will, and it does it inside the drilled passages a parts brush cannot reach. The knob-controlled timer runs 1 to 30 minutes. A typical valve body gets 15 minutes hot, then a rinse and a blow-dry with shop air.
This is the machine that fixes the failure nobody catches on the bench: a valve that free-strokes clean and dry, then hangs up once it is back in the case because a varnish ring in the bore or grit under a check ball never came out. Solvent tanks and aerosol cleaner skip those passages. Cavitation does not.
Tank and inner basket are 304 stainless, the outer shell is 201 stainless, and it sits on non-skid rubber feet with inset carry handles. A built-in fuse protects the heater and transducer circuit. Runs on standard 110V shop power.
