Shop-air vacuum pump that pulls old fluid out and pushes new ATF up into sealed-for-life transmissions through 15 fill-port adapters.
Modern transmissions do not have a dipstick tube you can pour down. The fill port is on the side of the pan and the fluid has to go uphill, which means either a hand pump and a sore forearm or a bottle held over the bellhousing. This unit runs off shop air, pulls a vacuum in the 6-liter tank to extract, then flips over with a two-way rotary valve to push the same fluid back out through the fill adapter.
The 15 machined adapters cover the common side-fill and standpipe ports across domestic and import units, so it works on GM 6L and 8L, Ford 6R and 10R, ZF 8HP, Aisin, Honda and Nissan CVT fill ports. Three hoses are included: a long extraction hose for going down a dipstick tube or fill hole, a shorter fill line, and the air supply line. Everything stores in the case so the adapters do not end up scattered across the bench.
Working sequence for a fill: level the vehicle, pull the fill plug, thread on the adapter that matches the port, charge the tank with new fluid, open the valve and let air pressure push fluid in until it runs back out of the port, then bring the unit to temperature and recheck at the specified fluid temperature before you install the plug. On an extraction the same tank pulls the old fluid, and the trigger lock lets it run while you do something else. The same tool also handles gear oil, engine oil and coolant.
