Allison 1000/2000 Shift Solenoid Kit, 7-Piece, Duramax

A full seven-piece shift solenoid set for the Allison 1000 and 2000 five-speed behind the 2001-2005 6.6L Duramax LB7 and LLY. It replaces the internal shift solenoids on the valve body in one shot, so you are not chasing one bad solenoid at a time and pulling the pan twice.

Replaces OE part numbers D116420A, 8683167, 29533074, 29533075, and 29536833. Fits GM 2500HD and 3500 Silverado and Sierra diesels plus the 2003-2005 C4500 Kodiak. A failing shift solenoid on these units is what throws P0751, P0752, P0973, or P0974, drops the truck into limp mode, and causes the harsh 1-2 bang, a stuck gear, or shifts that come late and lazy under load.

Installation is a valve-body job: drop the transmission pan, disconnect the internal wiring harness, unbolt the old solenoids, and swap the new ones in with fresh pan gasket and filter.
