0B5 DL501 Transmission Rebuild Kit with Frictions and Filter

A rebuild kit for the Audi 0B5 (DL501) seven-speed wet dual-clutch S tronic, reference 0B5325330A. In the box: the transmission overhaul gasket set, the internal filter element, the external pressure filter, 11 friction plates and 13 steel plates.

Listed fitment: 2008-2016 Audi A4, A5, A6, A7 and Q5 with the 2.0L, 3.0L, 3.2L or 4.2L engines, and 2014-2016 Porsche Macan 2.0L, 3.0L and 3.6L.

The 0B5 is known for a shudder or slip on the K1 or K2 clutch, a clunk on takeoff, and mechatronic faults that follow contaminated fluid. The external filter is the one that clogs and starves the clutch circuit, so replace both filters every time the unit is serviced. When the clutch packs are apart, measure pack clearance, replace all the seals together, and finish with the basic settings and clutch adaptation through VCDS or a factory-level scan tool. This is a job for a shop that already works on DSG units.
