Remanufactured, tested shift, TCC, PWM, 3-2 and EPC solenoids on an internal harness for 1993-2002 GM 4L60E and 4L65E valve bodies.
This is a complete remanufactured solenoid set for the GM 4L60E and 4L65E: the 1-2/3-4 and 2-3 shift solenoids, the TCC solenoid, the TCC PWM solenoid, the 3-2 downshift solenoid, the EPC (pressure control) solenoid and the pressure switch manifold, all hung on a replacement internal wiring harness. OE references on the kit include 24212327 and 10478120. Every piece is remanufactured, not new, and has been cleaned, inspected and bench tested before it is packed.
Fitment is the 1993-2002 4L60E behind the 5.7L V8: Chevy and GMC C/K trucks, Tahoe and Yukon, Blazer and Jimmy, Camaro and Firebird, the 1994-1996 Buick Roadmaster wagon and 1993-1996 Cadillac Fleetwood. Confirm your unit by the tag on the case and the 8-pin (early) versus later pass-through connector before you order.
Buy the full kit when codes point at more than one circuit or when the unit already has a lot of miles on it: P0751/P0756 shift solenoid faults, P0741 or a converter that will not lock, P1860 PWM faults, harsh engagement or flared shifts from a weak EPC, and intermittent codes caused by a chafed or brittle internal harness. Changing one solenoid at a time on an old unit usually means pulling the pan again a month later.
On the bench: drain and drop the pan, pull the filter, unplug the harness and remove the solenoids and pressure switch manifold from the valve body, then install the new set with fresh O-rings lubed in ATF and torque the retaining bolts to spec. Route the harness clear of the filter neck, reinstall with a new filter and pan gasket, and refill with Dexron VI. Old, burnt fluid will kill new solenoids quickly, so do the fluid and filter at the same time.
