6L80E/6L90E Transmission Overhaul Seal & Gasket Kit

This is the complete seal and gasket overhaul set for the GM 6L80E and 6L90E six-speed automatics, TRANSPEED part number T19502A. It is the reseal side of a rebuild: every rubber and paper sealing component you replace when you have the unit apart, so you are not chasing a leak after the transmission goes back in the truck.

The kit includes the input and output shaft seals, the oil pan gasket, the paper gaskets, a full internal O-ring set, and the external seals. It does not include friction plates, steel plates, or pistons, so pair it with your clutch pack and hard parts if you are doing a full teardown. If you are only resealing a unit that still shifts clean, this kit is all the sealing hardware you need in one box.

Fitment covers a wide 2006-2014 spread of GM applications: Cadillac Escalade, ESV, EXT, CTS, STS and XLR; Chevy Avalanche, Camaro SS and Corvette; GMC and Chevy Express and Savana vans; and the Hummer H2. Confirm your case is a 6L80E or 6L90E before ordering, since GM ran several transmissions across these platforms.

On the bench, lay the pan gasket flat, lube the shaft seals and O-rings with ATF before install so nothing rolls or nicks on the way in, and seat the case-half and pump O-rings fully to avoid a cross-leak. The gaskets ship flat so they seat without a crease.
