Replaces the failure-prone 6R80 lead frame (conductor plate) that triggers P0700/P2701 limp mode and gear hunting on Ford F150, Mustang, and Expedition.
The lead frame is Ford's internal conductor plate and wiring bridge inside the 6R80 valve body. It carries the signals between the TCM connector, the shift solenoids, and the transmission range sensor. When it degrades, the truck sets P0700, P0715, or P2701, hunts between gears, bangs shifts, or drops into limp mode. This kit replaces OE part numbers 926-149, AL3Z-7G276-B, AL3Z-7G276-D, and AL3Z7G276A.
It comes as a complete service package: the lead frame with the transmission range (PRNDL) sensor built in, the valve body module connector (OE 6L2Z-7G276-AA), the valve body seal (OE AL3Z-7F401-A), and the transmission filter with pan gasket (FT-188, BL3Z-7A098-A) - the parts you already have the pan down to reach.
Fits 2010-2020 F-150, 2012-2017 Expedition, 2017-2020 F-250/F-350 Super Duty, 2011-2017 Mustang, 2015-2019 Transit 150/250/350, and 2012-2017 Navigator. Drop the transmission pan, unbolt the old lead frame from the valve body, transfer the connector, seat the new frame and seal, install the filter, then relearn adaptives after the fluid fill. Check your OE numbers against the plate you pull before ordering.
