DQ250 DSG Service Kit with Filter, Seals and 5L Fluid

This is the full service package for the VW and Audi 02E six-speed DSG (DQ250) dual clutch gearbox: the internal fluid filter, the filter housing O-ring, a fresh drain plug sealing washer, a fill adapter, and five one-liter bottles of FEBI DSG dual clutch fluid. FEBI supplies the fluid to the correct VW/Audi dual clutch spec, and the kit carries part number 02E305051CKIT2. Buying the pieces separately usually means chasing a filter from one supplier and the fluid from another, and showing up a liter short.

Fitment covers the 02E DSG in VW Beetle 2012-2016, CC 2009-2017, EOS 2007-2016, Golf TDI 2010-2015, Golf Alltrack 2017-2019, Golf R 2015-2017, GTI 2006-2018, Jetta 2006-2016, Jetta TDI 2005-2014, and Passat 2.0L and 3.6L 2010-2018; on the Audi side, A3 2006-2016, A3 Quattro 2006-2018, S3 2015-2017, TT 2008-2009, TT Quattro 2004-2018, and TTS Quattro 2009-2018. This is the wet-clutch DQ250 only. It does not fit the DQ200 seven-speed dry clutch or the DQ500.

On the bench or on a lift the job runs in one sitting: drain the pan warm, drop the filter housing, pull the old filter and its O-ring, seat the new filter with the new O-ring, torque the housing back down, fit the new drain plug washer, then refill through the fill adapter until fluid runs back out the level plug with the gearbox at the specified fluid temperature. Set the level hot, not cold, or the mechatronic will read it wrong.

Skipped DSG services show up as a shudder pulling away from a stop, flare between 1-2 and 3-4, and clutch temperature faults stored in the mechatronic unit. Worn fluid loses the friction modifier the wet clutch packs depend on, and a loaded filter starves the pump feeding the clutch actuators. VW's service interval on this box is 40,000 miles, and it is not optional maintenance.
