A direct-fit replacement oil pan for the Ford 4R100 and E4OD four-speed automatics in 4WD trucks and SUVs, supplied with a new pan gasket and a drain plug already in the pan. It crosses to Dorman 265-805 and Ford F6TZ-7A194-B, F81Z-7A194-BA, F7TZ-7A194-CB and F7UZ-7A194-A.

Why it gets replaced: 4R100 pans on Super Duty and Excursion trucks take hits from rocks and ruts, and a dented pan can push up against the filter and starve the pump. Rusted rails and stripped drain holes are the other common reason, along with seepage from a pan that has been overtightened and bent at the bolt holes.
On the bench: drain and drop the old pan, replace the filter while it is off, and clean the case rail down to bare metal. Set the new gasket on dry, snug the bolts in a crisscross pattern to the factory spec without crushing the flange, and refill with Mercon V before checking the level hot at idle in park.
