JF015E CVT Pulley Set with 29T Belt Chain for Nissan

This is the complete drive pair out of a Jatco JF015E (RE0F11A) CVT: primary and secondary pulley halves plus the 29-tooth steel push belt that runs between them. It is the wear set. When a JF015E starts to judder at light throttle, flare on a roll-on, or shudder holding a steady 35-45 mph, the cause is almost always the belt elements and the cone faces they ride on, not the valve body.

On the bench, pull the unit down to the case, lift the old pulley set and belt out as an assembly, and inspect the bores and bearings while they are exposed. Do not reuse old sheaves with a new belt. A scored or stepped cone face chews a fresh belt apart in a few thousand miles, which is why belt-only repairs on these come back. Replace the pulleys and belt together, set up the pulley bearings to spec, and refill with the correct Jatco CVT fluid - these units are unforgiving about fluid type and level.
