JF015E CVT Valve Body with Filter Kit for Nissan

Complete control valve body for the Jatco JF015E CVT, the unit Nissan calls the RE0F11A (CVT7). It carries the 31705-X428B reference number and comes with a filter kit so the pan comes off once and goes back on with fresh filtration.

Fitment is the 2013-2019 Nissan Sentra with the 1.8L and the 2012-2016 Versa and Versa Note with the 1.6L. These boxes are known for pulley pressure and ratio control faults that trace back to worn valve body bores and sticking regulator valves: shudder on light takeoff, flare or a sudden RPM rise, limp mode, and pressure-related codes such as P0776, P0778, P17F0 and P0841. Swapping the valve body is the repair that fixes a box whose belt and pulleys are still healthy.

On the bench: drain the fluid, drop the pan, unplug the harness at the valve body, and pull the body bolts in the factory order. Install the new body, torque it down evenly, fit the new filter, and refill with Nissan NS-3 or an equivalent CVT fluid. Most of these units then need the CVT learn and fluid degradation reset done with a scan tool before the shifts feel right.
