



Adjustable-jaw puller that walks a stuck front pump straight out of the case without cracking the housing or scarring the stator support.
Getting the front pump out is the one step in a teardown that ruins pumps. You pull the bolts, the pump does not budge, and the next thing people try is prying under the flange or slide-hammering on the bolt holes. That is exactly how you end up with a cracked pump body, a bent stator support, or gouges in the sealing surface that turn a good used pump into scrap. This tool does the job the way the factory intended: it grips the pump evenly and pulls it out flat.
The adjustable jaws clamp onto the stator shaft, and the center screw pushes against the output shaft so the pump rises straight and slow under controlled pressure instead of coming out cocked. Because the load is centered and even, the pump lifts without the drama, no prying, no hammering, no reaching for a bigger screwdriver. Everything is heavy-duty steel so it takes the pressure of a genuinely stuck pump and shrugs off shop humidity between jobs.
Fitment is wide. It covers the GM units you see every day, 200, 200-4R, 250, 350, 400 (3L80), 700-R4, 4L60, and 4L60E, plus Powerglide, and it crosses over to Ford C4, C5, C6, AOD, AODE, 4R70W, and E40D, and Chrysler 727, 904, 998, and 999. It replaces the Atec Trans-Tool T-0033 and Kent-Moore J-45053 at a fraction of what the name-brand tools cost. One note from the bench: set a socket or cap over the input shaft ball before you press so the screw point does not mar it, and this tool will pay for itself the first pump it saves.
