Six-piece solenoid set for 2003-up GM 4L60E and 4L65E: shift, 3-2, TCC PWM and pressure control solenoids plus the pressure switch manifold.
This is a complete refurbished solenoid set for the late-style GM 4L60E, 4L65E and 4L70E, 2003 and newer. It covers the full electrical side of the valve body in one box: the A (1-2) and B (2-3) shift solenoids, the 3-2 downshift control solenoid, the TCC PWM solenoid, the pressure control (EPC) solenoid, and the transmission fluid pressure switch manifold. That is six pieces, and it is the set to buy when you are already pulling the valve body instead of chasing one code at a time.
The 2003 cutoff matters. GM changed the connectors on the shift solenoids and the pressure switch manifold around the 2003 model year, and the early 1993-2002 parts will not plug into a late harness. Check the connector shape on your old solenoids, or the case build date, before you order. If you have a 1993-2002 unit, you need the early-style kit instead.
Typical reasons to replace the whole set: P0751/P0756 shift solenoid codes, P0748 pressure control faults, a TCC that will not apply or shudders, or harsh and delayed shifts from a sticking EPC solenoid on a high-mileage truck. Replacing only the solenoid that set the code often puts you back in the pan a few months later, because the rest are the same age and have seen the same debris.
On the bench: drop the pan and filter, unplug the internal harness, pull the retaining clips and bolts, and swap each solenoid with fresh O-rings lubricated in clean ATF. Torque the pressure switch manifold bolts evenly so the gasket seals all the pressure ports. After the install, clear codes and perform the shift adapt relearn with a scan tool, or expect firm or erratic shifts until the TCM relearns. These are refurbished units, tested and cleaned, not new GM parts.
