10R140 Transmission Filter & Pan Gasket Kit Ford 6.7L

This is the filter and pan gasket set you drop in when you service the fluid on a Ford 10R140 ten-speed. It fits the 6.7L Powerstroke Super Duty line: F-250, F-350, F-450, and F-550 from the 2020 model year forward. The 10R140 holds a lot of fluid and runs hot behind a diesel, so the filter and the pan gasket are the two parts you replace every time the pan comes down.

The kit includes the internal transmission filter and the reusable-style pan gasket cut from NBR rubber, which holds up to ATF and heat better than a paper gasket. It is built to OE fit and function as a direct replacement for a factory fluid-and-filter service, part number DF-440.

Use it at your regular service interval or any time you have the pan off to inspect for debris. Drop the pan, pull the old filter, seat the new filter and gasket, torque the pan bolts to spec, then refill and set the level hot. One note from the bench: check the pan gasket seats fully in the groove before you run the bolts down, since a long diesel pan gasket wants to be walked into place rather than pinched.
