Common complaints on this CVT are a judder on light acceleration, whine that rises with speed, and a delayed engagement into drive or reverse. The kit covers the forward clutch and reverse brake side of the repair; before you rebuild, inspect the belt and pulley faces, because scored pulleys will not be fixed by new seals. Fill with the correct CVT fluid for the vehicle (Nissan NS-2 or the Mopar CVTF+4 equivalent) and do the fluid degradation reset with a scan tool.
