JF015E CVT Master Rebuild Kit for Nissan Versa and Sentra

A master rebuild kit for the Jatco JF015E CVT, which Nissan tags RE0F11A (reference 31728-3JX0A). This is the small CVT with the auxiliary planetary gearset used in the 2014-2019 Versa Note, 2018-2019 Versa, 2016-2019 Sentra and 2017-2019 Rogue Sport.

The JF015E is known for a slip or flare on takeoff, whining, and the shudder that sets up when the forward clutch or high clutch wears. Once the unit is out, a master kit handles the soft parts so the rebuild is not held up waiting on individual seals.

Bench notes: split the case and inspect the belt, pulleys and planetary for wear before committing to the rebuild, replace the seals and gaskets as a set, and use genuine Nissan NS-3 CVT fluid on assembly and refill. Finish with a CVT fluid degradation reset and relearn using a scan tool.
