JF015E RE0F11A CVT Master Rebuild Kit with Frictions and Steels

A complete master rebuild kit for the Jatco JF015E, also cataloged by Nissan as the RE0F11A and known as the CVT7. This is the small-displacement continuously variable unit fitted to the Nissan Sentra 1.8L (2013-2016), Versa and Versa Note 1.6L, the Nissan Sunny, the Chevrolet Spark 1.2L, and several Suzuki and Mitsubishi applications that share the same transaxle. If you are tearing one of these down for slipping, shudder, or a burnt-fluid smell, this kit has the wear parts the job needs in one box.

Included are the friction clutch plates and the mating steel plates for the forward and reverse packs, the oil filter, and the full set of rubber seals, lip seals, gaskets, and sealing rings needed to close the unit back up. The frictions use an asbestos-free lining for thermal stability under the high line pressures a CVT runs, and the steels are surface-ground so the pack engages clean instead of grabbing. The bonded seals are FKM/ACM rubber and the sealing rings are PEEK plastic, both chosen to hold up to the heat and pressure that cook cheap seals and cause the leaks that put these units on the bench in the first place.

Work the rebuild on a clean bench: strip the unit, inspect the pulleys, steel belt, and pump for scoring, soak the new frictions in fresh NS-3 spec CVT fluid before assembly, replace every seal and ring in the kit rather than reusing the old ones, and set your clutch clearances to spec as you stack each pack. A CVT is unforgiving of contamination, so flush the cooler and lines before you refill.
