K114 CVT Transmission Valve Body Assembly Replacement

This is a complete replacement valve body for the K114 CVT. The K114 is an Aisin-built continuously variable transaxle, and this unit is the machined aluminum body with the spool valves fitted, ready to bolt to the case. It is listed as fitting Toyota, Nissan and Mitsubishi Outlander CVT applications that use the K114 unit.

Pull the stamping off your own transaxle and match it before you order. The K114 shares a family look with several other Japanese CVT valve bodies, and the bolt pattern and solenoid pockets are not interchangeable between them. Compare the photos here against your old body, especially the solenoid locations and the shape of the manual valve end.

A worn K114 valve body usually announces itself before it fails outright: line pressure drifts, the belt slips under throttle, the unit shudders at light cruise, and pressure-ratio codes keep coming back after a solenoid or fluid service. That is bore wear and spool scoring, and no amount of fresh CVT fluid fixes it. Service work is straightforward on the bench. Drain the fluid, drop the pan, remove the filter, unplug the solenoid harness and unbolt the body in sequence. Transfer your solenoids if you are keeping them, torque the retaining bolts evenly working from the center out, refill with the correct CVT fluid, and run the transmission pressure and pulley-ratio relearn afterward.
