K310 CVT Master Rebuild Kit with Frictions for Toyota Corolla

A master rebuild kit for the Aisin K310 and K311 continuously variable transmissions used in Toyota Corolla and Auris 1.5L and 1.8L models from 2006 to 2019, along with related Allion, Premio, Wish and Avensis models. Reference numbers include T06600A, T06602A, T066080A and T066081A.

The kit covers the overhaul seal and gasket set plus the friction and steel plates for the forward clutch and reverse brake. Those clutches are what wear on a K310 that shudders on takeoff, engages late into drive or reverse, or leaks at the case seams. It does not include a belt, pulleys or valve body, so inspect those during teardown.

On the bench: clean the case halves completely, replace every seal and gasket in the kit, soak the frictions in fresh Toyota CVT Fluid FE for 20 minutes before stacking, and check clutch clearance on assembly. After install, the CVT must be refilled to the correct level through the check plug at temperature, then run through a relearn with a scan tool.
