K313 CVT Transmission Master Rebuild Kit Toyota Corolla

The K313 is Toyota's Super CVT-i belt-and-pulley transaxle, the unit that sits behind the 1.8L 2ZR-FE in the 2013-2016 Corolla and the 2014-2016 Auris. This master kit is the full soft-parts and friction package for a bench overhaul of that unit: the clutch friction discs and steels, the rubber piston seals and O-rings, the shaft sealing rings, and the case and valve-body gaskets. OE reference is K313 / T07600A, made up of subsets T07602A, T076080A and T076081A.

These units usually come apart because of a shudder off idle or a flare on light throttle once the CVT fluid has broken down and the forward clutch material has glazed. Once the frictions are cooked, a fluid change buys you weeks, not miles - the clutch pack has to come out and every seal in the pressure circuit has to be replaced in the same pass or the pulley pressure will not hold. That is what this kit covers.

Plan on pulling the transaxle and splitting the case. You will want sealing-ring resizers on hand so the shaft rings go back in without being stretched, and a clean bench to lay the clutch pack out in order. Refill only with Toyota CVT Fluid FE or TC to the spec listed for the vehicle - the K313 is a belt unit and it does not tolerate a generic multi-vehicle ATF. Note this is the K313, not the earlier K310/K311; confirm the unit code on the transaxle tag before ordering.
