Complete overhaul kit for Toyota's K310 and K311 Super CVT-i: clutch frictions, steels, gaskets, O-rings, and sealing rings to rebuild a 2006-2015 Corolla.
The K310 and K311 are Toyota's Super CVT-i, the belt-and-pulley continuously variable transaxle used behind the 1.8L four-cylinder in the Corolla and Auris from roughly 2006 through 2015. This master kit carries the full set of soft parts and friction material needed to rebuild one on the bench: forward-clutch and reverse-brake frictions and steels, the rubber piston seals and O-rings, the shaft sealing rings, and the case and valve-body gaskets.
Most of these units land on the bench with a startup shudder or a flare on light throttle. The friction material glazes and the CVT fluid breaks down, and once the clutches are cooked no amount of fresh fluid brings clean engagement back. Replacing the frictions and every seal in one pass is what actually restores smooth takeoff and holds pressure through the pulley circuit.
Plan on pulling the transaxle and splitting the case to do the job right - you will want the usual CVT teardown tools and a set of sealing-ring resizers. The kit covers the K310 and K311 (OE K310 / K311, also seen as the K313 variant). Refill only with genuine Toyota CVT Fluid FE / TC; these belt units are unforgiving about fluid spec.
