4L60E 5-Piece Shift and Pressure Solenoid Kit, 1993-2002

A five-solenoid refresh for the 1993-2002 GM 4L60E valve body. The set covers the parts that decide line pressure and shift timing: the EPC (electronic pressure control) solenoid, the 1-2/3-4 (A) and 2-3 (B) shift solenoids, the TCC PWM solenoid and the 3-2 downshift control solenoid. Built with steel housings and ABS bodies, with O-rings and inlet screens in place.

Common reasons to replace the set together: P0748 EPC codes and harsh or soft shifts from low or erratic line pressure, P0751-P0758 shift solenoid codes, no 1-2 upshift or stuck in second gear, lockup shudder tied to the PWM circuit, and a flare or bang on 3-2 downshifts. Drop the pan and filter, unplug the harness, pull each solenoid retainer, and swap them one at a time so nothing ends up in the wrong bore. Lube the O-rings with ATF, seat each solenoid fully before the retainer goes back, then install a new filter and gasket, refill, and clear codes.
