JF010E RE0F09A CVT Master Rebuild Kit Nissan Murano Maxima

A complete master overhaul kit for the Jatco JF010E, cataloged by Nissan as the RE0F09A. This is the large-case CVT that Nissan bolted behind the 3.5L V6, so it turns up under a lot of 2011-and-newer Altima 3.5, Maxima 3.5, and Murano. The kit carries OE reference B181820C and rebuilds the unit end to end rather than just resealing it.

Inside the box you get the friction plates and steel plates for the forward and reverse packs, the internal and external oil filters, and the full set of rubber seals, paper gaskets, O-rings, and Teflon sealing rings. The frictions are asbestos-free lining and the steels are cut to spec so the clutch packs come back to the right clearance without chatter on the 1-2 apply.

On the bench this is what goes in after you split the case, pull the variator and pulleys, and clean everything. Replace every friction, steel, seal, and ring, reset the clutch pack clearances, and drop in fresh filters before the valve body goes back on. It is the parts side of a JF010E rebuild, not the hard parts.

These CVTs come across the bench for shudder and judder at light throttle, slipping and flare on acceleration, delayed engagement when cold, and a whine that climbs with load as the friction material and the sealing rings wear and the pulley circuit loses line pressure. A full master kit is what puts the pressure and the apply back where they belong.
