4L60E Master Solenoid Kit with Pressure Switch Manifold

This is a complete electrical refresh for the GM 4L60E and 4L65E: the 1-2 (A) and 2-3 (B) shift solenoids, the 3-2 downshift control solenoid, the EPC pressure control solenoid, the TCC PWM solenoid, the TCC solenoid with its internal harness, and the pressure switch manifold. It is listed for 2003-up units in Silverado, Sierra, Tahoe, Yukon, Suburban, Avalanche, Express/Savana, Blazer and S10 applications.

Common reasons to replace the whole set: shift codes P0751-P0758 (shift solenoid A or B), P0785 (3-2 control), P0748 and P1745 range EPC faults, P0740/P0742 converter clutch codes, erratic or harsh shifts, no-upshift, or a converter that will not lock. The pressure switch manifold is a frequent hidden failure that causes wrong range readings and odd shift behavior, which is why it makes sense to change it along with the solenoids.

On the bench: drop the pan and filter, unplug the case connector and internal harness, then remove the manifold and solenoids from the valve body. Install the new parts one at a time so connector locations stay straight, torque the manifold and valve body bolts to spec, and route the new TCC harness the same way the old one came out. Refill with DEXRON VI and clear codes before the road test.
