4L60E Solenoid Kit with Harness, Filter and Pan Gasket

A complete electrical refresh for the 2003-2005 GM 4L60E, 4L65E and 4L70E valve body. The box holds shift solenoids A and B, the EPC pressure control solenoid, the TCC lockup solenoid, two 3-2 downshift solenoids, a new internal wiring harness, a transmission filter and an oil pan gasket. Listed OE cross-references are 24230298, 24208576, 24225815, 10478120, 10478131 and 24207379.

This is the kit for trucks and SUVs throwing P0740, P0753, P0758, P0796 or P1860, or showing hard shifts, delayed engagement, loss of 3rd and 4th, no converter lockup, or a 3-2 downshift shudder. Replacing all the solenoids and the harness at once means you drop the pan one time instead of chasing one bad coil after another.

On the bench: drain and drop the pan, pull the filter, unplug the harness at the case pass-through and each solenoid, then remove the retaining clips and bolts. Lube the new O-rings with ATF, install the solenoids and route the new harness, torque valve body bolts to spec, fit the new filter and gasket, refill and clear codes. Common applications include Silverado, Sierra, Tahoe, Yukon, Escalade, S10, Blazer and Rainier. It does not fit the 1993-1996 early valve body, so compare your old parts first.
